Dennis interviewed me for my engineers job at Rank Xerox back in 1972 which is where I stayed for 35 years. Dennis was my manager on and off for approximately 12 years which is where I learnt so much from him.
He was a very compassionate and approachable man and knew how to get the most out of his team and he made the job interesting and fun.
I met Sheila two or three times and it was clear they were very happy, so it was with great sadness that that I saw this tragedy unfold in the news.
Unfortunately I will not be able to pay my respects in person on the day, but I will have a quiet moment remembering all the good times that I remember. RIP Dennis and Sheila.
